Liability for contents
As a service provider we are liable for our own content on this site, according to the general law, pursuant to § 7 Paragraph. 1 TMG. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG as a service provider we are, however, not obliged, to survey transmitted or saved foreign information, or to investigate circumstances, which point to any unlawful activity.
Obligations to delete or block the use of information according to general law shall hereby remain unaffected. Any liability relating to this, however, only applies from the moment that knowledge of the concrete violation of rights is obtained. As soon as we become aware of such legal violations, we will remove this content immediately.
Liability for links
Our services contain links to external websites of third parties, whose content is out of our control. Therefore, we assume no liability for this foreign content. The respective operator or provider is always liable for the content of the linked sites. The linked sites are checked for potential legal violations at the time of being linked.
